What can you do to help during this time?  Social distancing is key!  Be strict. No playdates. No socializing with friends or extended family. Go out only for essentials (grocery store, pharmacy, doctors appointments). Help keep yourself, your family, and your community safe!

Extra ways to help: Do you have any personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, gowns) at home or at your work? Do you know anyone who might? Industrial masks (like for construction), etc. are often the same as those needed for medical work.

Hospitals and clinics are in desperate need of this right now. Most hospitals have arranged for donation sites locally!
